Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms apply to all authorized clients using Timroll under formal agreements with Kuranga.

2. Access

Access is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Services

Timroll provides:

• Payroll management and processing
• HR management tools
• Integration with QuickBooks Online
• Financial reporting and synchronization

4. User Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate payroll and employee data
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

5. QuickBooks Authorization

By connecting QuickBooks Online, clients authorize Timroll to:

• Access financial data required for payroll processing
• Create and update accounting transactions
• Synchronize payroll-related financial records

6. Data Ownership

All client data remains the property of the client. Kuranga acts as a data processor only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided under contractual agreements. Liability is governed by signed contracts between Kuranga and clients.

8. Service Availability

Kuranga aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

9. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated according to contractual agreements.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
